Samsung's new flagship smartphone, the S20 comes with a four-lens rear camera which includes a telephoto lens, an ultra wide lens, a macro (zoomed) lens in addition to its standard 12MP camera.

The base model S20 has a 6.2-inch screen, the S20+ a 6.7-inch screen, while the most powerful phone the Ultra has a 6.9-inch display.

Accidental Damage / Malicious Damage [return to top]

We will pay the cost of repairs if your Galaxy S20 is damaged as a result of an accident or malicious damage. If your Galaxy S20 is not repairable, then we will provide you with a replacement Galaxy S20.

Liquid Damage [return to top]

We will pay the cost of repairs if your Galaxy S20 is damaged by liquid as a result of an accident. If your Galaxy S20 is not repairable, then we will provide you with a replacement Galaxy S20.

Breakdown [return to top]

We will pay for repairs if your Galaxy S20 breaks down due to an electrical fault outside of the warranty period. If your Galaxy S20 is not repairable, then we will provide you with a replacement Galaxy S20.

Theft [return to top]

If you have chosen the Premier or Elite cover level and your Galaxy S20 is stolen, we will provide you with a replacement Galaxy S20. Where only part or parts of your Galaxy S20 have been stolen, we will only replace that part or parts.

Accidental Loss* [return to top]

If you have chosen the Elite cover level and you accidentally lose your Galaxy S20, we will replace it.

Cracked Screens [return to top]

We will pay the cost of repairs if the screen of your Galaxy S20 is damaged as a result of an accident. If your Galaxy S20 is not repairable, then we will provide you with a replacement Galaxy S20.

Up to 90-days worldwide cover[return to top]

Your gadgets are covered worldwide for a maximum of 90 days for any one trip.

Significant Exclusions or Limitations

As with all policies of this type there are certain limitations and certain things that are not covered. The most significant exclusions of this policy are set out below. There may be other exclusions that are significant to you, so you need to check the policy document for full details.

• Gadgets cannot be more than 36 months old at the start date of the insurance when purchasing a new policy. There is no age limit when renewing your policy.
• If you make a claim, we may request proof of usage. This is evidence from your provider that your phone has been in use since the policy was purchased and up to the event giving rise to the claim.
• An excess applies to each and every claim.
• An additional £50 excess fee is due if you make a claim within the first 30 days of taking out a new policy. This additional excess fee only applies to new policies, not policy renewals.
• * Accidental loss cover only applies if you select the Elite cover option.

All premiums are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) which is 12%.
